Reservations
and Cancellation Policies
Welcome to our
Lodge Log Home Bed and Breakfast Inn at Black Forest, just on the
outskirts of Colorado Springs. Please read over our short list of
policies.
Reservations are
usually made in advance with a first night's or 50% deposit required
within five days after the reservation is made. Certain rules apply
to holidays and special events. To help us defray the cost of refilling
a reservation, cancellations must be made one week prior to your
arrival date or your deposit will not be refunded. There is also
a $15 charge for all canceled reservations. Guests are responsible
for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of actual arrival
or departure date. Holiday or Special Events - 30-day cancellations
notice, 100% deposit and minimum night stay.
Room Rates
- Our
rates include lodging and deluxe continental breakfast.
- Occupancy tax
is not included in the room rates.
- Payment by
cash or check is preferred. However, American Express, Discover,
VISA and MasterCard are also accepted.
- Rates are subject
to change without notice
- Room rates
are for single or double occupancy.
