Cabin Descriptions:

Eagle Rock Cabin: This extra-large cabin features 3000 sq. ft. and has 3-bedrooms, 3-bathrooms. The Master bedroom has a king-size bed overlooking the Rocky Mountains. The other two rooms have 2-twin beds each, and the downstairs couch pulls out for an additional bed. This cabin features several fireplaces and a large double kitchen, with its living areas located on the first floor including the piano and sun room. On Eagle Rock’s second floor is where you will find the bedrooms, reading room, and full-size washer and dryer. This cabin is happily situated for inspirational views of Peaks Peak and the Rocky Mountains! Rental cost $300.00 USD per night, 10% Military discount. All of our cabins come with Wi-Fi, televisions with Netflix, a kitchen, access to a Barbecue, and parking.

Bonanza: This historical Log cabin features 2-bedrooms, 1-bathroom, and a full kitchen. Built in the late 1920’s Bonanza has old world charm with modern amenities. This cabin has the leg room you’ve been looking for. The Kitchen and dining area lead to split levels, downstairs has the living room and a twin-size daybed, upstairs has the 2-bedrooms (1-queen size, 1-full size, and 3-twin size bed) and bathroom. Rental cost $200.00 USD per night, 10% Military discount. All of our cabins come with Wi-Fi, televisions with Netflix, a kitchen, access to a Barbecue, and parking.

Black Bear: Black Bear is a cozy upstairs cabin with 2-bedrooms (1-king-size and 1-full-size bed), 1-bathroom and full kitchen. There is a warm gas fireplace to enjoy our wonderful Colorado snowy days topped with comforting views of Black Forest. Rental cost $175.00 USD per night, 10% Military discount. Cascade: This homestead log cabin was built in 1919 and is the original cabin for this property! Rich in history, and the perfect place to relax. It offers privacy and modern comfort for two with its 1-bedroom 1-bathroom complete with lots of rustic charm, perfect for a romantic getaway! Even with a modern gas fireplace, large screen television and updated full kitchen, Cascade still holds onto its original charm. Rental cost $150.00 USD per night, 10% Military discount. Independence: This cabin combines cozy and spacious with a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom layout. It is perfect for a couple’s getaway. Features a King-size bed, gas fireplace, kitchen, full bath with Yours and Mine sinks. Separate full-size tub and shower. Rental cost $150.00 USD per night, 10% Military discount. Rec Room

The Rec Room is a 1,600 sq ft atrium guest house that has Bridal Changing Room inside it. It has an intimate common area with a fireplace and full kitchen, a large open dance floor area with a wall of sliding doors and windows overlooking the front range of the Rockies, and city lights of Colorado Springs. Ideal for weddings, family reunions, small business conferences, and retreats.

1,000 sq ft outdoor Log Pavilion. Best views of Pikes Peak anywhere in the forest! Rental comes with BBQ, children’s play area. Can be used for weddings, parties, reunions.
